SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS:

INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:
Orders are shipped to the address as is, addresses are not altered or modified. If the package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, a reship fee will be applied to send the order a second time. To avoid this fee, please review your address and make sure all your information is correct.

MIS-DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
If the package is mis-delivered to the wrong address due to the wrong address being put in at checkout, it is non-refundable. 

DELIVERED - BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT:
If the USPS shows delivery of your shipment/order to the address you provided at checkout, and you're stating that you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbor(s) and/or local Post Office before contacting us. IF it is found that the USPS has lost your shipment/order we will do everything that we can to work with your local post office to track your package.
